Are the bags handmade?
Brocade panels are woven and assembled through a combination of heritage handcraft and precise modern construction. Small variations in motif placement are part of each piece’s character.

Will the color look exactly like the photographs?
We photograph in natural, neutral light. Screen settings may create slight differences, and handwoven textiles naturally vary from piece to piece.

How should I care for brocade?
Keep the bag dry, avoid prolonged direct sunlight, and store it upright in its dust bag. Blot moisture immediately with a clean white cloth. Do not machine wash or use household solvents.

Do you ship internationally?
The store is prepared for U.S.-market pricing and international customers. Available destinations, delivery estimates, duties and taxes will be shown according to the shipping service configured at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Unused items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy. Because handmade textiles are delicate, please keep all packaging and contact us before sending anything back.
